Dreamy Blue Yogurt Cheesecake 藍乳酪蛋

一直都唔敢做以藍莓為主嘅蛋糕，一來怕太單調乏味、另外，實在太多人做，感覺上比較普通，外面隨便一間都很容易吃得到、還有我一直都有一款「藍人祕蛋」以蝶豆花青檸的蛋糕卻被人誤會為藍莓蛋糕多年之久，所以不敢做。

最近調配了一個我覺得比較美味嘅配方以真正嘅藍莓將其攪拌成醬，加入了蜜糖和純乳酪混合在一起，我覺得食起上嚟有種食藍莓乳酪雪糕嘅滋味，大家要試試呀！
