I embarked on a challenge to create the ultimate sponge cake. It was a disaster! But, being the stubborn baker I am, I didn’t surrender. After countless trials, I finally baked a cake that was a feast for the senses! Imagine this: the sweet crunch of pistachios, the zesty tang of lemon, and the velvety caress of hand-whipped cream.
