本人比較好食薄荷頪，特別係雪糕，所以好想將佢變成一個芝士蛋糕，經過多次失敗終於成形，因為單係配色都好講學問，仲有薄荷油嘅分量都好考經驗，最後我係覺得成功，因為食落真係似有雪糕嘅感覺。
