Masala Cheesecake 瑪沙拉蛋

2017年去完一個月印度旅行後，返到嚟就好想做一個關於印度嘅蛋糕，當時經常係印度都飲當地嘅Masala Tea，所以就研究Masala做一個香料口感比較重出嚟，用上三款唔同茶葉昆上，加上印度式甜點Ladoo on top，我成日都同大家講，食得到香料味嘅先好order。
